offering magazine subscriptions to "women in business"

been receiving annoying text message from this number.

This number calls daily and leaves no message and when I pick up they hang up.

OMG! the same happened to me just an hour ago. Today is Dec 22,2010 and the first guy was an indian. I couldn't understand a word of what he was saying and I am ESL my English is not perfect but he sounded awful. So he passed the call to a guy that sounded from England. Very rude and as mentioned before a loan I took. I said I applied but never go anything but he said. I didn't say you had it but you have to pay $5,000 I just laugh and say go right ahead. You have to prove. In U.S.A are laws.

When answered no one responds. Calls numerous times with in a hour

is stating that i owe some company and he is a laywer with ftc and if i do not listen to him and do not interupt me that he will have me arrested tomorrow and have these charges pursued against me. He is calling my job and is stating that he will inform my employer to have me fired.

Caller said he had a client called shoreview industries who was interested in our company.

Call from "Wireless Caller". Recorded message from "Cardholder Services" claiming that "nothing is currently wrong with your credit card account" but offering to "lower your interest rate WHEN HE WAS TOLD NOT TO CALL THIS NUMBER I AM ON NO CALL LIST I WAS TOLD F**** YOU I DONT CARE AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ANY TIME HE LIKED .AND THAT I WAS A CUNT AND WAS CALLED THAT A WHOLE AND TNHAT I WAS A REAL B**** AND WAS TOLD THE COP OR NO ONE COULD STOP HIM THIS GUY WAS RUDE AS HE COULD BE SO DONT ANYONE GIVE THIS PEOPLE ANY INFO

I recieved this call but no message and I tried to call back nothing...

They just said they were from the Fire Fighters Fund Raising office...when I traced the number...it was a number from some Consignment Shop in NC. When I said I didn't have time to talk...he slammed the phone down.

have several recorded messages being reported for check fraud ect... I am not new to this form of collecting but am tired if writing to the attorneys general,BBB and cease & desist letters. I will never pay these vultures so they need to come and get me. I will however pay the original company that truely deserves their money back. I no longer answer out of area phone numbers.
